Park and Sons were established in 2008 and in the following decade have built an enviable reputation for our quality service.
Following many years experience within the removals industry our crew share a passion for exceptional customer service allied with an extremely high skill level.

With a small fleet of vehicles and a small but highly skilled team of experienced removal personel, Park & Sons are able to undertake all types of household removals, either moving locally or long distance.

Our service is built around your requirements. A full range of packing options are available. We are happy to undertake a full packing service, provide a part-packing service or, should you wish to undertake the packing and preparation priodr to removal day uor self, we can provide the necessary packaging materials and offer help and support.

Park and Sons are also able to offer a removals service to both Europe and worldwide.

We have many years experience with collections and deliveries within Europe. Full house deliveries or part-load deliveries are available and advice is freely available.

In addition, we also undertake worldwide shipping, either for full shipping container loads or shared containers as a part-load.

Overview of a Move in 4 Quick Steps

Get a quote

The first thing to do is give us a call and arrange a time convenient to you for us to visit to view the goods to be move and discuss the move process.
It is essentail that we fully understand your requirements and concerns so that we can tailor a bespoke service, no two moves are ever the same.
We will provide a detailed, fully inclusive written quotation by post or e-mail for your consideration.

02.

Select a date

Once dates for your move are being suggested please contact us to confirm our availability. We are a small team and we don't dilute our skill base by utilising agency staff.
Provisional bookings are welcome.
Once the date is confirmed we will provide a formal confirmation that the appropriate level of resources have been booked and allocated for your move.

03.

MOVING DAY

It's finally moving day, yay! It can seem to take forever to get to this part, but that doesn't mean it should be rushed. If we are packing we may arrive the day before to pack, (if you are packing yourself we would have delivered boxes to you prior to today). We usually arrive at 9am sharp (or earlier) to get your goods safely packed and loaded ready for transporting to your new home.

Unpack

Unpack at your leisure. Whether you are the type of person who likes to get things done within a few days of moving in or unpack slowly at your leisure, we don't mind. Just give us a ring when your done and we will come and collect all of the boxes and paper used on your move.
However, we are happy to provide unpacking services as required.

Furniture Protection whilst moving

Absolutely everything gets covered up.

When it comes to ensuring the safe movement of your home and furniture, there can be no short-cuts. Every piece of furniture is treated with the utmost care and respect and treated as if it were our own favourite item and we always show respect to your home, both the one you are moving out of and the new home you are moving to.

We cover the main walkways of your carpet and protect the stair carpet. Although we will take control on move day, the weather is beyond our influence, hence the carpet and flooring protection. And when it comes to the furniture, we have specially-made padded covers for all of the main items and thick padded van blankets that we use to cover all other items.

And we mean it, take a look inside our van on your move and you will see everything has a blanket on it keeping it safe and secured safely in the load to prevent any damage in transit.
